Resilience you can measure
A tested recovery path into a separate account and/or region reduces dependence on manual reconstruction. Measure service restoration time (RTO) and potential data loss (RPO).
Independent after handover
Receive Terraform, pipeline configuration, dependency notes, a runbook, test evidence and a team walkthrough. Maintenance is entirely optional.
