Privacy
How we handle website visits and consultation enquiries.
This page explains how information is used when you browse dockfield.co.uk or send an enquiry.
Information collected
The form may collect your name, work email, company, role, workload category, recovery objectives and your message. Do not submit passwords, keys, production secrets, health information or confidential client data.
Purpose
Information is used to respond, assess whether Dockfield's services are relevant and protect the form from abuse.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use the website. Google processes usage and device information and may use analytics cookies. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and are intended to be deleted automatically after 90 days. Email copies may be retained where reasonably needed. Abuse prevention uses a one-way hash rather than storing the raw Internet Protocol address.
Language preference
We store your chosen language in a preference cookie for up to one year. It keeps the pages, demo narration and captions in the language you select.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be processed by infrastructure and email providers used to operate the site and deliver the enquiry.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form. Applicable rights depend on the circumstances.
